Execution
-
1
Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart.
-
2
Hinge at your hips and place your hands on the floor in front of your feet. Keep your legs as straight as possible.

Walk your hands forward until you are in a plank position. Make sure your body forms a straight line from your head to your heels.
-
4
Now walk your feet toward your hands while trying to keep your legs straight. Continue until you cannot go any farther or your feet are as close to your hands as possible.
-
5
