Execution

  1. 1
    Lie on your back on a mat with your arms extended at your sides, palms facing down.

    Lift your legs and bend your knees to a 90-degree angle.

    Exhale and slowly lower your legs to one side while keeping your shoulders on the floor.

    Hold this position briefly and inhale as you bring your legs back to the center.

    Repeat the movement on the other side.

    Perform multiple sets of 10–15 repetitions on each side.
