Alternate Leg Raise
The Alternate Leg Raise is an effective exercise for strengthening your abdominal muscles and improving core stability. This exercise also helps improve flexibility in your hips.
Execution:
- Lie on your back on a mat, with your hands under your buttocks for support.
- Keep your legs straight and raise one leg until it is perpendicular to the floor.
- Slowly lower the leg while raising the other leg.
- Repeat this alternating movement for the desired number of repetitions.
