Spend less time preparing a check-in and more time coaching.
FITsociety gives personal trainers one place for training plans, progress, nutrition and client communication. Use AI to prepare drafts and organise the information behind your next coaching decision, with your review built into the working process.
These steps support your existing personal training business. AI suggestions still need your professional judgement and the client context that may not be recorded in software.
Choose modules deliberately. Training, nutrition and measurement data require health-data consent through MCP.
Review assigned plans and recorded sessions with approved training tools. Ask the assistant to identify incomplete information before suggesting a change.
Compare accessible measurements and progress records for the period you specify. Separate recorded observations from the assistant’s interpretation.
Combine recent attendance with permitted coach notes to prepare a concise check-in agenda. Private notes need additional communication consent.
Use FITsociety to find the client I identify, confirm the correct profile, and review their assigned training plan and recorded sessions for the last 14 days. Summarise what is recorded, list missing information, and draft three check-in questions. Do not change or assign a plan.
Start with one client you are authorised to review. Ask for the record references and date range so you can verify the summary. A missing session log is missing information, rather than proof that the client did not train.
You can discuss a proposed training adjustment in a read-only conversation. Persisting changes through MCP requires write access and the exact approved training tool; a connection must also satisfy the company’s feature and consent settings.
Use a review step before saving or assigning anything. Check the correct client, exercise selection and plan details in FITsociety after the action. This is a coaching workflow you establish with the assistant, rather than a promise that every AI client uses the same confirmation screen.
For the full capabilities and conditions, read the training tool reference and grants and permissions guide.
This page is for personal trainers and coaching businesses using FITsociety to manage client work. Coach-approved company MCP access and client AI access are separate permission surfaces.
Built-in CoachAI supports training-plan drafts and adjustments. Selected MCP training tools can also create or modify templates when the connection has the required feature access, health consent and explicit write-tool approval.
Where the relevant modules and features are available and approved, MCP can expose permitted nutrition and measurement information. Health-data consent is required. Only share what is needed for the coaching task.
Read-only MCP access cannot change records. To allow supported changes, you must turn off read-only access and approve the specific write tools. Agree a review step with the assistant before saving changes.
