Ask questions about your fitness business with the right records behind them.
Use the FITsociety MCP integration to give ChatGPT approved access to your gym, studio or coaching data. Start with a read-only question, check the source records and decide which workflows belong in your team’s routine.
These examples use documented MCP workflows. Available results depend on the modules and account access you approve.
Review attended, cancelled and absent bookings over a specified period. Check the booking references before planning follow-up.
Summarise a client’s unpaid invoices and relevant due dates. The current invoice tools are read-only, so this prepares a review rather than executing a payment.
Prepare an agenda from permitted client context and notes. Private communications and health records each require their relevant consent.
Use FITsociety to find the client I identify and confirm the correct profile. Summarise their attended, cancelled and absent bookings for the last 30 days. Include the date range and booking references. Do not change any records.
First ask which FITsociety tools are available. If the right tool or module is missing, review the connection’s access instead of asking ChatGPT to guess from incomplete information.
Before starting, your company needs the MCP feature enabled. A Manager or Admin coach with active company access must approve the company connection.

Workspace permissions and security settings can restrict custom MCP access. Use the FITsociety ChatGPT guide alongside OpenAI’s current custom MCP instructions if the interface changes.
An approved connection is bound to a company and account context. It does not grant every ChatGPT user access to your records. Module permissions determine what the assistant can read, while writes require both write access and the exact permitted tool.
Only enable sensitive information when the task needs it. Results returned by FITsociety are shared with OpenAI under its terms. Revoking access stops future tool use; it does not recall information already shared in a conversation.
Read security and privacy and grants and permissions before expanding access.
The MCP connection lets ChatGPT request permitted records through defined tools, so these workflows do not require a separate spreadsheet export. The requested results are still shared with your AI provider.
Yes. The hosted endpoint is maintained by FITsociety. Adding it as a custom ChatGPT plugin does not imply endorsement or verification by OpenAI.
Only supported write tools explicitly approved for the grant can change records. Read-only access is the default. Agree a review step before any write and verify the affected record afterwards.
The public catalog describes supported tools, not a guarantee that every tool is enabled for every connection. Company features, account access, module choices, write permissions and sensitive-data consent determine what is available.
Company/coach access and client AI access are separate. A client connection is approved by that client, is limited to their own accessible information and requires the company and client AI settings to allow it.
Ask your ChatGPT workspace administrator to review the available connection options and security restrictions. Check current provider documentation rather than assuming a particular subscription always includes access.
