Execution

  1. 1
    Place one end of a barbell in a landmine or securely in the corner of the room.

    Attach an appropriate weight to the other end of the barbell.

    Stand sideways to the barbell with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Slightly bend your knees and keep your back straight.

    Grip the end of the barbell with the hand closest to the weights.
