Execution:

    Find a step or bench that is sturdy enough to step onto. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.

    Step onto the step with your right foot and drive through your heel to bring yourself up. Bring your left leg onto the step as well so that you are standing fully upright.

    While standing on top of the step, perform a bicep curl by bringing the dumbbells toward your shoulders. Keep your elbows close to your body.

    Slowly lower the dumbbells and then step back down to the floor with your left leg, followed by your right leg.

    Repeat the exercise, but now step onto the step with your left leg first.
