Execution

    Start by standing with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, with your toes pointing slightly outward.

    Hold a kettlebell with both hands in front of your chest, arms relaxed.

    Lower yourself by bending your hips and knees as if you were sitting down, keeping your back straight and chest lifted.
