Execution

  1. 1
    Find a sturdy bench or step and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.

    Step onto the bench with your right foot. Make sure your entire foot is on the bench.

    Push yourself up through your right leg while simultaneously raising your left knee to hip height.

    Slowly lower your left leg and step back to the starting position.

    Repeat the movement, this time with your left leg.

    Alternate between both legs for the desired number of repetitions.
