Execution

  1. 1
    Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Step your right foot diagonally behind your left leg, as if performing a curtsy, while bending your knees.

    While in the curtsy position, bring your hands underneath your body and clap once.
  4. 4
    Return to the starting position and repeat the movement with your left leg.

    Alternate between the right and left sides for the desired number of repetitions.
