Box Shuffle
The Box Shuffle is a dynamic cardio exercise that helps improve your footwork and raise your heart rate. This exercise is ideal for improving your overall athletic performance and coordination.
Execution:
- Find an elevated platform, such as a step or a low box.
- Begin with your feet hip-width apart and your body facing the box.
- Step onto the box with your right foot, followed by your left foot, so that you are now standing on top of the box.
- Now step back down to the ground with your right foot, followed by your left foot.
- Continue repeating this movement, occasionally switching your starting foot to maintain balance in the workout.
- Keep your back straight and your abdominal muscles engaged throughout the exercise.

- Quadriceps (front of the thighs)
- Hamstrings (back of the thighs)
- Calves
- Gluteus (gluteal muscles)
