Heel Touches
Heel Touches are a fantastic exercise for strengthening your core and targeting your oblique muscles. This exercise is not only effective but also easy to perform, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and advanced athletes.
Execution

Lie on your back on a mat, with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.

Place your arms alongside your body with your palms facing down.

Lift your shoulders slightly off the floor into a crunch position.

Rotate your upper body and try to touch your right heel with your right hand while keeping your core tight.

Return to the center and repeat the movement with your left hand and left heel.

Continue alternating between right and left for the desired number of repetitions.
