Execution

  1. 1
    Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell on your shoulders, behind your neck.

    Keep your head up and your back straight.

    Slowly bend to one side as far as comfortable, without moving your hips or legs.

    Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the other side.

    Perform 2–3 sets of 10–15 repetitions, depending on your fitness level.
