Execution

    Place the step in front of you on a stable surface.

    Start with both feet on the floor, approximately hip-width apart.

    Dribble quickly with your feet, alternately placing one foot on the step while keeping the other on the floor.

    Make sure to use your arms actively for balance and to increase the pace.

    Keep your back straight and your gaze forward throughout the exercise.

    Try to perform the exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute and gradually build this up.
