Instructions

  1. Begin in a standing position with your feet together and your arms by your sides.
  2. Jump your feet apart while simultaneously bringing your arms overhead.
  3. Jump back to the starting position while bringing your arms back by your sides.
  4. Keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout the exercise.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions or amount of time.
