Introduction: The 'Burn' exercise is an intensive workout focused on burning calories and strengthening your muscles. This exercise combines cardio with strength training, allowing you to see a lot of results in a short time.

Execution: Start with a 5-minute warm-up to warm up your muscles. Then continue with the following steps:

  1. Start with 30 seconds of jumping jacks to raise your heart rate.
  2. Then perform 20 squats to activate your leg muscles.
  3. After the squats, do 15 push-ups to train your chest and arms.
  4. Finish with a 30-second plank for a strong core.
  5. Rest for 30 seconds and repeat the sequence 3 to 5 times.

Main Muscles: The 'Burn' exercise primarily trains your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, chest muscles, triceps, shoulders, and core.

Benefits: This exercise not only helps burn fat but also improves your endurance, muscle strength, and overall fitness. In addition, it can stimulate your metabolism and contribute to better posture.

Common Mistakes: Make sure to keep your back straight during the squats and lower yourself through your hips as if you were sitting on a chair. During push-ups, it is important that your body forms a straight line from your head to your heels. Avoid letting your hips sag or arching your back.

Possible Alternatives: To adjust the intensity, you can replace jumping jacks with a gentle jog in place. Squats can be made less intense by not lowering yourself all the way down. For push-ups, you can start on your knees if the standard version is too difficult. The plank can be modified by supporting yourself on your forearms instead of your hands.
