Execution

    Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Place your hands on your lower back with your fingers pointing downward.

    Slowly lean backward, push your hips forward, and lift your chest toward the ceiling.

    Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly return to the starting position.

    Repeat the movement 10 to 15 times for the best results.
