Execution

  1. 1
    Begin in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart.

    Place your hands on your hips or hold them extended in front of you for balance.

    Lift your right knee toward your chest while engaging your abdominal muscles.

    Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly lower your leg.

    Repeat the movement with your left knee.

    Alternate between right and left for the desired number of repetitions.
