Knee to Chest
The Knee to Chest exercise is a simple but effective way to strengthen your core and improve the flexibility of your lower back. This exercise helps reduce lower back pain and can easily be performed at home without any equipment.

Lie on your back on a comfortable, flat surface.

Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor.

Lift one knee and bring it toward your chest while keeping the other foot on the floor.

Use your hands to gently pull your raised knee closer to your chest.

Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds.

Slowly lower your leg and repeat the exercise with the other leg.
