Execution

  1. 1
    Lie on your back on a mat with your arms extended above your chest and your legs bent at 90-degree angles.

    Take a deep breath in and brace your abdominal muscles.

    Slowly extend your right arm and left leg while keeping them close to the floor without touching it.

    Return to the starting position and repeat with your left arm and right leg.

    Alternate sides for the desired number of repetitions.
