Execution

    Begin by holding a medicine ball with both hands and standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Lift the ball overhead while inhaling and keep your arms straight.

    Powerfully slam the ball onto the floor in front of you while exhaling. Bend your knees and hips to follow the impact and allow the ball to land safely.

    Quickly pick up the ball, return to the starting position, and repeat the movement.
