However, make sure to measure how many extra calories you are taking in per day through the weight gainer. Some weight gainers can provide up to 800 – 1,000 extra calories, especially when mixed in whole milk. Ideal for the hardgainer, but less ideal for someone who is bulking and does not want to realize too much excess fat.
