Swinging Legs

Execution:

Begin standing upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Place your hands on your hips or hold onto a stable surface for balance.

Swing one leg forward and then backward, as if making a pendulum movement.

Keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the entire movement.

Repeat the movement for several repetitions, then switch legs.
