Execution

  1. 1
    Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.

    Lean back slightly, but keep your back straight. This is your starting position.

    Lift your feet off the floor so that you are balanced on your sit bones.

    Extend your arms in front of you and keep them parallel to the floor.

    Rotate your torso to the right and touch the floor beside you with your hands.

    Rotate back to the center and then to the left, touching the floor beside you.
