Heel Taps
Heel Taps are a simple but effective exercise to strengthen your core and improve your coordination. This exercise is ideal for a warm-up or as part of your core workout routine.
Execution:

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.

Place your arms alongside your body with your palms facing down.

Lift your head and shoulders slightly off the floor and engage your abdominal muscles.

Extend one leg and touch the heel of the extended leg with the opposite hand.

Return to the starting position and repeat the movement with the other leg and the other hand.

Continue alternating and keep your abdominal muscles continuously engaged.

- To increase the intensity, you can hold a small weight in your hand during the exercise.
