Execution

  1. 1
    Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor, approximately hip-width apart.

    Place your hands behind you, with your fingers pointing toward your feet.

    Press your hands and feet firmly into the floor and lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from your head to your knees.

    Slowly lower your hips back to the floor and repeat the exercise.
