The Arm Rotation Knee Lift is a dynamic exercise that improves both your coordination and balance. By combining arm rotations and knee lifts, you work on your core stability while also training your shoulders and lower body.

Execution

  1. 1
    Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.

    Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height.

    As you rotate your arms in small circles forward, lift your right knee to hip height.

    Place your right foot back on the floor and repeat the movement with your left leg while rotating your arms in small circles backward.

    Alternate between forward and backward arm rotations with each knee lift.

    Repeat this movement for the desired number of repetitions.
