Whey Perfection Composition

Quality Whey Perfection

The whey perfection from Body en Fitshop is characterized by a very good composition. In addition to this composition, we are curious about the mixability and flavors. To start with the latter: this whey can be ordered in no less than 27 flavors. So if you have specific taste preferences, there’s a good chance your preference is included. The mixability of the whey shake is also very good. The order came with a shaker cup from Body and Fitshop as a gift. Mixing can be done with water or with milk. When mixed with water, the taste is of course different than with milk, but still very good. After shaking the shake, there were hardly any whey clumps present. Something you often encounter with other protein supplements. The shake goes down easily and is not a punishment to drink immediately after your workout or before going to bed. By the way, we had the vanilla flavor.

The Whey Perfection from Body and Fitshop is, in our opinion, one of the better supplements available in the Netherlands. The amount of protein per 100 grams is very good and in addition to the whey concentrate, isolate, and hydroisolate, there are also strong additions in the form of L-Glutamine and BCAA’s. This not only promotes muscle growth but can also prevent muscle breakdown. Something that is beneficial for everyone, whether you want to lose weight or gain weight. In terms of mixability, it is a good whey with a lot of variety in flavors. Of course, tastes cannot be disputed, we found the vanilla flavor very good.
