Max Robust Xtreme review and experiences

Geschreven door Nathan Albers

Geschatte leestijd: 4 minutenIt remains painful to see that an old acquaintance NO-Booster is called the Hollywood secret and is sold for fifty times the usual price. Max Robust; a strong piece of bullshit.

Anabullshit

Apparently, they still exist. People who are seduced by teleshop promises dripping with nonsense. Today I came across the Max Robust bullshit on Facebook again.

“I have been training for 8 years now, but before I started using Max Robust Xtreme, there was little progress and I was not really satisfied with my meager successes. I thought it was because of my own bad genes that I had to make so much effort for the meager result. What a wrong mindset that was! From the moment I started using Max Robust Xtreme, everything changed. I can literally feel the nitric oxide in my muscles – and I know that when I have that feeling, I will achieve my goal. I have already started – my muscles just keep growing. How wonderful is that!”

“Hugo K.”

So, I get slight nausea from these kinds of expressions, and not because I left my protein shake in the sun for too long. Such a so-called reaction from a satisfied user written by a marketer and accompanied by a photo of a fitness model. This time, out of journalistic curiosity, I decided to swallow and read further. Searching for the source of the bullshit.

Anabolic arginine?

So what is that revolutionary substance in the pills that all those Hollywood stars like The Rock would use?

We uncover the truth behind a newly discovered supplement that caught the attention of experts. Studies have shown that it increases muscle mass and testosterone levels. It makes fat disappear and replenishes your energy reserves. With such overwhelming evidence and media attention, it is no longer a question of whether the tablets work, but whether they should be legal.

(MHL) In recent months, our readers have gone crazy over the new product that helps men lose fat and build muscle within a month. Stars like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Gerard Butler have lost large amounts of body fat and built muscle thanks to this product. It has been proven to make fat disappear, grow muscle mass, and increase energy levels.

Trainers call this new supplement “the natural steroid alternative.” It helps you build muscle mass while breaking down fat at the same time.

Now, I may occasionally make a typo myself, but I strongly suspect that ‘fraag’ is the result of an intern translating ‘responses’ from the English site.

The rest of the page is a further accumulation of unsupported nonsense and fake reactions, reviews, and before and after photos. Nowhere on the page, however, is there an explanation of what Max Robust actually is.

In the video with a mega-annoying voice and anabolic silhouette, the revolutionary action of Max Robullshit is explained; it is supposed to increase the production of nitric oxide.

Wait a minute…. Are we now selling an ordinary NO-Booster as the ‘natural alternative to steroids’? So I looked a little longer than I would have liked at the sales page where at the bottom there is a link to the ingredients. It turns out that Max Rommel contains Arginine. Yes, you heard that right. Arginine, one of the most popular ingredients in well-known NO boosters and many Pro Workouts. An amino acid that has been sold in hundreds of supplements for years. Not exactly revolutionary. Moreover, Arginine is probably not even the best NO-Booster.

Okay, it concerns Arginine arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, Arginine linked to the salt arginine alpha-ketoglutarate which, among other things, should ensure that the Arginine is absorbed better (and ammonia is better removed). However, because it is mentioned as a ‘matrix’, you have no idea how much Arginine you are actually ingesting and how much alpha-ketoglutarate.

Max Robs U

You can also read from the ingredients that a jar of Max Robs U contains 30 doses of 450mg (2 capsules per dose). So, a total of 13.5 grams. In that jar with 60 capsules, there are a total of three teaspoons of powder.

For that, you pay 49 euros. Forty-nine euros for three teaspoons of powder. For the same amount, you can buy more than half a kilo of Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate from others! Okay, that’s in powder form. But even if you prefer to pay a little more for the convenience of capsules, you can go to others where you pay less than half and get twice as many capsules that contain almost three times as much per capsule.

In the studies on the effects of arginine and arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, many different doses have been used. Dosages of 2 to 3 grams per day were not uncommon, but higher dosages of 6 to as much as 30 grams per day (not exactly recommended). You can wonder what those two doses of Max Rip Off, just under a gram in total, will yield. Especially if you don’t know how much Arginine is actually in it. So, you don’t have to worry at all whether it should be ‘legally sold’.

So if you believe in the added value of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate over other NO Boosters and are willing to pay fifty times as much as others, then you have come to the right place. A bit more expensive, but then you can tell everyone that you use the same as The Rock. “Steroids you say?” “No, Arginine of course!”)
