When and how did your interest in fitness arise?
When I started working for the Royal Navy at the age of 17, my fitness addiction also began. During DCP “Defense Condition Test,” I found out that I had scored the highest in the strength test (push ups/pull ups/sit ups) out of a group of over 100 men. I must also mention that I was one of the smallest and thinnest guys. That’s when I decided to make a change and gained a lot of experience in fitness during my service. At that time, I weighed about 60kg and now weigh 79kg.
Do you have any other sporting background?
Aside from fitness, I am active as a footballer in my spare time and sometimes engage in Calisthenics workouts at the parks.
Why does fitness play an important role in your life?
As a coach, I’ve realized that discipline alone is not enough to achieve your goals. I see sports as recreation, not as an obligation. That’s why I look forward to my daily gym sessions every day. Whichever direction you take in fitness, you will never stop learning. There are no plateaus in this world; you can always surpass yourself! I also explore and take interest in many subcategories (Bodybuilding, Crossfit, Weightlifting, Calisthenics) within fitness. This is one of the reasons why I find it continuously fascinating.
When and why did you start coaching and how did you develop yourself for this?
After following many methods and encountering many pitfalls, I developed a routine that works for me. These routines quickly became methods for friends, acquaintances, and colleagues as well. I love sharing information and experiences with people. In my service contract, I began studying and at the same time started my own coaching business. With a small number of clients, each project eventually became a success. That’s why I eventually took the step to expand. I want to guide as many people as possible towards their goals. Although quality is paramount, I keep my clientele limited and very personal. As a Personal Trainer and Online Coach, I aim to have a good relationship with the client.
I often notice that a stereotype is created of fitness/bodybuilding. For example, people see meal plans as a diet and feel they need a lot of discipline to adhere to them. Therefore, this often leads to peaks and valleys, making it almost never consistent. Most “fitness professionals” now know that this is a taboo and that you can maintain a “normal” lifestyle and still achieve results. However, most people are not aware of this, and I feel responsible for teaching this lifestyle to clients.

What is your specialization and why did you choose it?
Cutting & Weight Loss:
I have walked this path so many times that I know the ups & downs and do’s and don’ts of the profession. Simply because with the right effort and dedication from the client, I always achieve 100% results.
Muscle Gain/Hypertrophy:
It gives me great satisfaction to see clients achieve results under my guidance with nutrition and training programs. I believe this is a greater challenge, but it makes the profession even more beautiful.
What are the most important qualities of good coaching for you?
First and foremost for me is results. If someone wants a “product” from me, I want the product to be delivered well. I attach great importance to a personal relationship with a client. I myself am not a fan of large impersonal online coaching companies. I don’t want to say that these are necessarily good or bad, but I don’t like being treated as a number. I have found that as a coach, sometimes you have to be tough. Despite having a good relationship with my clients, we did not embark on this journey to become friends. The most important thing is to achieve the goal together first, and that a good relationship between coach and client can develop is secondary.
