There are two things in the world that are particularly delicious: pizza and omelettes. Now I have a recipe for you where you combine the two (flavors).
A pizza often doesn’t fit into the diet of the serious strength athlete. Too many carbohydrates, too much fat, too little
protein. And that’s a shame, considering the taste and the joy of eating a pizza.
Now you can easily fake a pizza flavor if you know what to do. Chip manufacturers have caught on to that and make chips with pizza flavor. There are also pizza rolls and in the past there were small pizza crackers. Heavenly.
The trick is adding oregano, tomato sauce, and a little cheese. The rest doesn’t matter so much. Actually, oregano is the most important. You could call it pizza herb. It’s often experimenting with ingredients, but once you get the hang of it, you can make a pizza variant out of anything. As long as you use oregano and tomato sauce.
This recipe combines eggs with pizza flavor. And a little spinach, because we naturally want to eat some greens. If you want, you can also replace your eggs with egg whites only. The taste will be a bit different, but feel free to try it out!
Eggs provide the desired protein in this dish. You need that if you do a lot of strength training. This recipe ensures that you don’t always have to take a protein shake.
