She regularly stole her mother’s car at the age of fourteen and was therefore not allowed to take the driving test for a driver’s license at sixteen. At school, she stole classmates’ cars to hide them. She admitted that she was even banned from a shopping center for stealing lipstick. According to rumors, she worked as a teenager in strip clubs and enjoyed all the attention from men. Her mother’s reaction was that she doubted whether she did that when she still lived with her parents. She didn’t take her education seriously because she was determined to become an actress and saw school as an obstacle. The actress said she rebelled for her own pleasure.

The good news is that despite being labeled as the “Hottest Woman on the Planet” and having been a model for Emporio Armani, Megan Fox is not exactly a keen athlete. She knows what she needs to do to stay in shape, and that’s what matters. Megan’s workout program for her role in Transformers 2 was a combination of cardio, bodyweight exercises, and many ab exercises. To stay in good shape, Megan hired a personal trainer. The schedule her personal trainer made for Megan Fox was also used for the other Hottest Women of Hollywood and is not focused on building muscle. The schedule is similar to the Spartacus Workout and consists of the following exercises:
  • Dumbbell Squat to Alternating Shoulder Press & Twist
  • Mountain Climber & Pushup
  • Dumbbell Side Lunge & Curl
  • Plank Walkup with Dumbbell Drag
  • Dumbbell Stepover
  • Dumbbell Single-Arm Alternating Clean
  • Pushup-Position Row & Squat Thrust
  • Goblet Squat and Alternating Reverse Lunge
  • Dumbbell Russian Twist
  • Dumbbell Straight-Leg Deadlift & Row
After these exercises, she moves on to her ab program. This consists of 2 components. The first component is planking. The plank is a static position, where you keep your torso fully tense. Assume a push-up position, with the only difference being that you support yourself with your forearms and elbows instead of your hands. Tighten your abs while slightly pulling them in. Hold this position for about 20 to 30 seconds and then release. A variation on the plank is the side plank. Lie on your side on the ground while supporting yourself with one arm. After planking, she moves on to a short Ab Circuit. This consists of Captain Chair leg ups, V-Ups, and Swiss Ball Leg Raises. Doing this in the form of a superset keeps her heart rate high and her condition in check.

Megan Fox Diet

In essence, Megan Fox’s training schedule is quite simple. The personal trainer used this workout in conjunction with the Paleo Diet, also known as the Caveman Diet. By eliminating refined sugars and grains from your diet, your body will continue to burn fat and effectively regulate your insulin level. In addition to Megan Fox, Matthew McConaughey and Paul Walker also use the caveman diet. The Paleo Diet focuses primarily on vegetables and lean proteins. The diet also involves removing added sugars and refined foods from the diet. The things Megan regularly eats are eggs for breakfast, almonds and nuts to keep her hunger in check. In addition to the antioxidant effect of almonds, they also contain a lot of vitamin E. So, in addition to a fairly simple training schedule, Megan Fox also has a simple diet and nutrition plan.
