Brad Pitt Workout
Brad Pitt used a semi-bodybuilding training schedule for his role in Fight Club. A schedule with which he could look incredibly muscular in a very short time. This was partly because Brad naturally has a low body fat percentage and was already very lean before he started.
During the film Fight Club, Pitt weighed 75kg and had a body fat percentage of around 8%. This made him look much larger and more impressive.
Brad Pitt’s training schedule was based on the principle of targeting 1 muscle group per day, with 3 sets and 15 repetitions. He did not rest more than 1 minute between sets. Additionally, the weight was heavy enough that he could barely perform the last rep, so training until almost muscle failure.
After 4 days of strength training, he did additional cardio training to ensure his low body fat percentage.
