The type of strength training she further uses mainly involves exercises with resistance bands, and she trains with free weights. In addition to lunges and squats, she does crunches and planks. In addition to strength training, cardio training is also important to stay in shape for the catwalk. With cardio, Alessandra burns excess fat, which she mainly accumulated after giving birth. Colleague Miranda Kerr adds kickboxing and other high-intensity cardio to her workout. It is important that when compiling a cardio training program, you remain active for at least 30 minutes a day.
